TERMS OF SERVICE
Thank you so much for deciding to join Michael Heppell Ltd for the Write That Book Masterclass.

To bring our best selves to the coaching relationship, it is important we share an understanding about how we will work together.

You should be committed to the following:

Training Sessions
There will be a minimum of five live training sessions which take place on Zoom. If you cannot make the session live, a recording will be available for you in the Write That Book University.


Facebook Group
You will be added to a Facebook group for the duration of the programme so that you have access to others going through the same programme. Michael Heppell and his Team will be in there to answer questions. We can be found by tagging @MichaelHeppellOfficial

While we endeavour to answer as many questions as possible, there is no guarantee we will answer them all.

Coaching
There is no guaranteed 1-1 contact with Michael on this programme. Platinum Members will be given further information detailed below.


Payments
There are 5 payment options:

Masterclass Only
A one-off fee of £745
6 payments x £137 per month
12 payments x £72 per month

By opting for monthly payments, you agree and understand that this is a payment plan and not a membership programme. You agree to pay the full amount listed and know that you cannot cancel outside of our guarantee period.

Masterclass and Platinum Package
A one-off payment of £1,240
6 Payments x £227

PLEASE NOTE. If you choose to pay over 6 months certain elements of the Platinum Package cannot be accessed until months two and three.

For clarity: You understand that outside of our guarantee period, payments are non-refundable. This is not a membership programme, this means that you are entering a contract to pay either monthly or full amounts.


Relationship
We are entering into a coaching relationship and there is not, nor will there ever be, any kind of psychological counselling.

Misunderstandings
An important part of the coaching relationship is the coach’s role in identifying challenges and encouraging the client to push themselves. If we do or say anything that upsets you, please do let us know. We want to provide you with the support you need and believe that honesty and trust is critical for our relationship to grow. We want this to be an open and safe place for you to come with confidence.

Expectations
We promise to give you the information you need to inspire you to write, publish and sell your book. We make no claims that you will sell a certain number of books, make money from publishing your book, acquire a book deal or agent representation.

The book-writing world is very competitive and it is unlikely that as a new author, you will be signed by a mainstream publisher.

By entering this agreement, you understand that it is your responsibility to complete this process and it is not the responsibility of Michael Heppell, Michael Heppell Limited or any of our associates to ensure your book is written, published or sold.

All examples of previous success by past members and coaching clients of Michael Heppell Ltd are for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee in any way that members of Write That Book Masterclass will enjoy the same level of success.


Confidentiality
You recognise that in the course of our work together you and other members of the group may divulge goals, future plans, business affairs, personal and private information. You will not at any time, either directly or indirectly, voluntarily use any such information for your own benefit at the expense of other participants or disclose it to a third party.

All materials are for your use only – if found to be in breach of this requirement by misuse of the content, legal remedies may be taken.

Promotion of goods, services and other groups.
As a member of the Write That Book Masterclass you agree not to promote businesses, other groups and products to members of the programme either directly or in the group. If you should do this your membership will be terminated immediately and no refunds will be given.


EARLY BIRD BONUSES

Early Bird Bonuses will be released as follows during the Write That Book Masterclass.

Idea to Book in 90 Days will be released in December 2022

Social Media Guide will be released in January 2023

Voice That Book will be released in February 2023


Other promotions

If you have been offered a promotion as part of joining Write That Book they will fulfilled as follows.

December 2022 hoodies will be sent to those who qualified.

February 2023 Your name in Write That Book the Book. You understand that your mention is subject to you remaining a member of Write That Book Masterclass and the successful publication of the book.


PLATINUM PACKAGE

COACHING
Members paying in full will be given the opportunity to book their one-to-one coaching session from early December.

We will endeavour to give you your first option of coach, however there is no guarantee that your first choice will be available.

Members paying monthly will be given the opportunity to book on January 20th 2022.

Michael Heppell Ltd will not take responsibility for the advice of your coach.

Write That Book Coaches are independent and subcontracted for one session by Michael Heppell Ltd and are not part of the Michael Heppell Ltd organisation.

This offer must be used before June 30th 2023.



YOUR BOOK – TYPESET AND PUBLISH READY
We work with a subcontractor to provide this service. You will be given details of how to contact them and it is then your responsibility to work directly.

Michael Heppell Ltd will not guarantee the quality of the work and it is expected that you will provide the content in the correct format as requested by our contractor.

You must engage with the contractor within six months of joining Write That Book for this offer to be valid.

Members paying monthly will be able to access this service from February 20th 2023.


The Platinum Members session on ‘How to host a mega book launch with Michael Heppell’ will take place in January 2023. The session will be recorded for those who couldn’t make it live.



GUARANTEE
You recognise that we will always have your best interests at heart and that with hard work and an open mind you can make life-changing strides with your goals. However, as with anything in life, there are no guarantees. Your success is dependent upon your efforts outside of coaching, so no guarantees are being made as regard to your personal success.

If you are unhappy with the programme, you may request a refund of any fees paid up to 15 days from joining the Write That Book Masterclass.
